Your Role:
  • We are looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to join our Marketing Growth team and lead a team of experienced professionals who communicate with SiteGround's partners and affiliates. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and optimizing affiliate opportunities, and ensuring the affiliate program performance and growth. 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team of Affiliate Managers and ensure that program and individual goals are met; 
  • Outline and execute comprehensive insight-driven strategies to ensure the program’s success and growth; 
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities, partnerships and prospects to grow the program;
  • Evaluate and analyze program's performance on a monthly basis;
  • Create affiliate campaigns and incentives for maximum success;
  • Optimize acquisition and maintenance costs and increase program profitability;
  • Stay up to date with the competitors’ landscape and latest industry trends; 
  • Directly communicate and maintain relationships with our bigger partners and affiliates; 
  • Advise Affiliate Managers on negotiations and case handling; 
  • Evaluate Affiliate Managers performance on a regular basis; 
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to help optimize affiliate performance; 
  • Work with the Legal and Finance team to close partnership agreements; 
  • Participate, attend or speak at events with the purpose of identifying and connecting with new partners, recruiting affiliates or promoting the program;
  • Prepare regular reports about the program performance, partnership status and events.
Our Expectations:
  • At least 3 years experience in strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing at a large scale or similar;
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills - both written and verbal, in one on one and team environments;
  • Solid understanding of the affiliate industry;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, understand and take actions based on performance data; 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with intertwining deadlines;

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design effective social media strategies to achieve SiteGround’s short-term and long-term marketing goals;
  • Suggest, create and publish original and engaging content for social media;
  • Plan and maintain the social media calendars for SiteGround profiles with different audiences, which adequately reflect trending topics, announce company news and events, and create opportunities for engagement with social media followers;
  • Оrganize the production and posting of content on time, following the social media calendar timeline;
  • Optimize the social media posts’ format and schedule to increase engagement and performance;
  • Write engaging copy which presents trending topics, company news, and events in an attractive and engaging manner on social media;
  • Effectively grow our social media followers base;
  • Interact proactively and engage directly with SiteGround’s followers to maintain our brand voice and positive image;
  • Come up with ideas and produce additional SM campaigns to attract, engage and retain followers and increase brand recognition on social media;
  • Monitor performance metrics on all social media, proactively seek an explanation for highs and lows to maximize results, and provide insights;
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and leading companies to learn best practices and identify new opportunities for effective social media engagement;
  • Manage to research, coordinate and curate news and content promptly from influencers, partners, thought leaders, etc., to increase SiteGround brand voice and awareness;
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content and Design teams for creating social ‘hype’ regarding new launches.
Our Expectations:

As a Tax Expert, you will be responsible for performing analyzes of financial information and analyzing the processes concerning the tax policy and cases of the Company and its counterparties. You will be controlling and participating in the preparation of declarations and various types of tax reports and analyses, making proposals for implementation or change in tax policy, including for contractors of the Company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Control the preparation of all tax returns and other tax documents of the Company and its counterparties;
  • Monitor and guarantee the timely submission of tax returns and other tax documents of the Company and its counterparties;
  • Monitor and inform about changes in European and global tax legislation regarding the taxation of web services;
  • Determine the tax risk and controls and minimize it through cooperation with the Legal Department at the stage of negotiations and preparation of contracts;
  • Make proposals and implement changes in taxation processes;
  • Maintain effective control over the tax processes taking place in the Company and its counterparties;
  • Participate in conducting the annual audits of the Company and its contractors;
  • Assist in preparing opinions to clients of counterparties in connection with their issues related to taxes when invoicing services;
  • Give opinions on tax cases that have arisen in the course of the operational activity of the Company.
