Нашият топ служител от отдел Обслужване на клиенти за месец май се присъедини към екипа ни само преди няколко месеца. Не е за вярване колко бързо успя да постигне отлично представяне, но щом човек го опознае, разбира защо това не е изненада. Неговите тайни за успеха: усърдие, търпение и оптимизъм. Дарин има дипломи по Икономика и финанси, но винаги е обичал IT сферата и новите технологии, така че когато се отваря възможност да работи в СайтГраунд, нещата се случват от само себе си. Той е непоправим оптимист и винаги гледа ведро на живота. Невероятно търпелив, Дарин винаги се стреми към съвършенство.

Over the years and I’ve been using web service providers since it became available for me in around 90,s after using Hundreds of them I decided to try a new boy on the Block “Siteground” lo and behold I ‘ve been playing in their grounds now I believe 4-5 years! due largely to their Customer care and never ending support…so let me take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you guys keep up the good work. may God Bless you all.

  2. I’m 70 years old and have been a Siteground customer for about 10 years.

    I am barely computer literate but have managed to operate a 900 member 4 Wheel Drive (Jeeping) club in Southern California using Siteground as the host for our website (justruns.com).

    What I really appreciate about Siteground is the patience and helpfullness of their Tech Support Staff. I know it must be difficult to assist elderly people like me who doesn’t understand the IT Jargon and who asks “Stupid” Questions when I need help but the Techs never loose their “cool” with me and seem to go out of their way to help.

  4. Dont loose with excellent customer care. This is the reason I move from hostgato* to siteground a couple years ago.

    Website must perform 24 hours and everybody knows that….

  5. I have been talking to him and he is great – and so is your customer service. Just like Rick said, don’t lose that ever.
