YOUR ROLE:
  • We are now seeking a highly motivated, organized, and upbeat individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst.
  • Please Note: This role is open for our Sofia HQ and requires a full week of office presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the accounting, month-end closing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and billing processes;
  • Match and verify expenses and incomes;
  • Ensure the accuracy of all internal and external financial reporting;

  • Manage to research, coordinate and curate news and content promptly from influencers, partners, thought leaders, etc., to increase SiteGround brand voice and awareness;
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content and Design teams for creating social ‘hype’ regarding new launches.

Your Role:
  • Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, currently, we are looking for more people to join our team of Designers.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
  • Design & Test UI elements; 
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions;
  • Optimize existing user interface designs;
  • Communicate with our internal Project Management team to understand business goals and objectives;
  • Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience;
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and test activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;
  • Create, contribute to and manage design systems.
Our Expectations:
  • 4+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer;
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Excellent knowledge of the best and latest practices in the field;
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design;
  • Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography and color theory;
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns;
  • An online portfolio demonstrating the projects you've worked on;
  • Good command of English;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Ability to give, receive and act upon feedback;
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
