Different roles, same mission: help millions of small businesses, organisations, and creators thrive online.
Our teams build, own, and scale every product from the ground up.
The true meaning of values is in whether they are reflected in your work. These are the principles that motivate every single decision at SiteGround, not as a poster, but as how we actually get things done.
You own what you build, and you build it for the people who use it, not for investors or outsourcing.
Sweat the details and do it the way it needs to be done, not just the way that ships it.
Question the way it's always been done and push what's possible even further.
Your work reaches as far as you aim for. Build for millions of websites and clients worldwide.
Treat everyone with respect and kindness – your team, your community, and the world around you.
Salaries that match your expertise, plus a performance-based bonus system that rewards real impact.
Being together at our Sofia, Plovdiv, or Stara Zagora offices matters to us, and so does the flexibility that comes with hybrid work options.
Drive or take public transport — either way, we've got you covered.
Work spaces designed for focus, creativity, and collaboration (and a game of snooker and foosball, too, of course).
Regular work hours end at 3 PM every Friday. Start your weekend early, every week.
Free breakfast and lunch daily, carefully prepared by our top-chef team in our HQ restaurant, or by our trusted catering partners in the rest of our offices.
A two-floor gym in our Sofia HQ with professional coaches. Train before or after work, or during lunchtime — it's free and fully equipped.
Prefer climbing, swimming, or yoga studios around the city? We cover that too.
Yoga, spinning, dance, massage sessions, all available in the office, all free.
Comprehensive additional health coverage for you and your family. Because peace of mind matters.
Company-sponsored training, courses, and conferences of your choice.
Regular internal meetups, tech talks, and in-house conferences.
Legendary team festivals and company retreats. The kind that people actually want to attend — and talk about for years.
Extra paid days off to volunteer for causes you care about. Giving back runs deep here — we also provide free hosting to nonprofits.
Personalized anniversary gifts, milestone celebrations, and company surprises that actually feel thoughtful — not corporate.

If you don't see the right opportunity today, subscribe for updates. You can set up a LinkedIn job alert for SiteGround and subscribe to our Newsletter. This ensures you're the first to know about new openings and life at SiteGround as they happen.
We recommend focusing your application on the role that feels like the strongest match. We review every application with an open mind, and if we think your profile is a better fit for another open position, we'll let you know.
As soon as you hit 'Submit Application', you'll receive a confirmation email from us. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Once your application is received, a real person on our hiring team will review it. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage.
We genuinely wish we could provide individual feedback on every CV we receive. However, to ensure every candidate gets a thoughtful human review, we focus our time on the evaluation process itself. Providing personalized feedback at this early stage - at a quality you'd actually find useful - isn't something we can do at scale, while still giving every application the careful read it deserves.
If shortlisted, you will have a 45-minute online conversation with someone from our HR Team. We want to hear your story - what motivates you, what you're looking for in your next chapter, and why SiteGround feels like the right place for you. You'll also have plenty of time to ask questions about the role, the team, and what it's like to work here.
If shortlisted for next steps, you'll meet your future manager and potential teammates across one or two deeper conversations. We're interested in how you think, how you tackle problems, and how you collaborate. Whenever possible, we love to host these at one of our offices so you can get a true feel for the atmosphere and the people you'll be working with every day.
For technical or specialized roles, we might invite you to complete a "real-world" task. We'll always give you plenty of notice and clear guidelines on what we're looking for. These aren't "tests" - they're designed to reflect the real work you'd be doing, giving you a chance to show us how you approach the challenges you'd encounter in the role. Depending on the role, this may come before or after the team interview.
Most of our hiring processes are completed within 2-3 weeks. The duration depends on the interview stages required for the position and how quickly we can align schedules. Whether it's an offer or a decision to move forward with other candidates, you'll receive a clear update from us as soon as possible.
If you're considering applying again for the same role, we generally recommend doing so after some time has passed (e.g. 6-12 months). You'll likely find it more productive to reapply once you've had the chance to substantially develop your skills or experience. This ensures that your next application is a true step forward in your professional journey.
While most of our roles are office-based or hybrid, we do offer remote flexibility for certain roles. Final working conditions and schedules are open for discussion, ensuring that the arrangement works for both you and the team.
